Later after a heated conversation with them they still refused to look at the overwhelming evidence that the package was picked up, and they told me that the only evidence of package pickup that works for them is a scan, which is absolutely ridiculous, as in the court of law eye witness testimony of 2 separate people including the driver himself would definitely take us at least as far as them admitting they picked up the package.īy the way, the value of the sold item was $800, so that's why I'm taking it very seriously and would like to go as far as I can to hold them accountable. When my claim was denied, I had the Fedex drop point owner do a written eye-witness testimony statement of package pick up and I sent that in to the claims department. I now have no way of finding who that driver was or what his name is as Fedex won't disclose that info. The driver confirmed verbally that he picked it up and we both heard it. He dialed his number in front of me, put him on speaker phone, and asked him if he remembered picking up a large bright orange box on that specific day. He told me that the day this happened a different driver worked. I met the Fedex driver that usually works our area and asked him about that day. I called the owner of the drop point location and he confirmed that he remembered clearly the driver pick up my package. Once a day a Fedex ground truck stops there and picks up all the packages people left there)Ģ days later I checked the tracking and the package was never scanned in, status showed as "label created" I left the package at a Fedex drop point (for those who don't know, a Fedex drop point is basically an independent business that is also an authorized Fedex pick up location.
